JPL-7 Ferrous Debris Monitor
JPL-7 Ferrous debris monitor measures the content of wear shavings by using the principle of electromagnetic induction and the changes in the magnetic field of the sensor coil caused by ferromagnetic wear shavings in the oil sample. It has a good linear relationship with the iron shavings content and particle size of the oil sample.
