The analytical ferrography system consists of three parts: the analytical ferrography instrument, the ferrography analysis microscope, and the spectrum software management system. The analytical ferrography instrument uses a high-gradient strong magnetic field to separate ferromagnetic and paramagnetic wear particles from machine lubricating oil, and then deposits them in sequence on a glass plate to form ferrography plates. Subsequently, a ferrography analysis microscope is used to observe and analyze the wear particles on the ferrography plates in terms of morphology, size, composition and quantity. In combination with the graph software management system, a user graph database can be established, facilitating the daily management and analysis of the graph.
