On January 29, 2026, we wrapped up the past year with a challenging and joyful team building event, and also sounded the clarion call for the new year's journey.It was a precious experience that deepened team connections and forged a stronger collective bond.

Part 1 Hiking at Maluan Mountain

At 8:50 a.m., all team members gathered on time. After grouping by drawing lots, we set off for Maluan Mountain! Before the departure, each team quickly elected a leader and brainstormed team names and slogans. Upon arriving at the Northwest Gate of Maluan Mountain, we kicked off the hiking challenge. All members headed for the check-in spot at the mountain top, sprinting for cash rewards in the name of team honor!

The mountain road was steep, yet our steps were firm and resolute. The sight of us supporting and assisting each other is the best portrayal of a united team. After reaching the mountain top, we made our way down on schedule, took a short break at the assembly point, and then headed to the annual party venue.

Part 2 The Annual Party Venue

Upon arriving at the gathering venue for the annual party at 2:30 p.m., the check-in and warm-up session officially started. Everyone took photos at the interactive check-in area, and the atmosphere on site heated up in an instant.

The Host Delivered New Year Greetings

With the host's enthusiastic opening and warm applause from the audience, the 2025 Year-End Summary of JOINWE kicked off in a solemn and lively atmosphere.

Jerry Wu Gave an Inspiring Speech

Jerry Wu presented the year-end summary and strategic planning, not only looking back on the struggles and gains of the past year, but also depicting a clear development blueprint for the new year, filling us with confidence for the future.

Game Session

During the interactive game session, everyone showed their talents, releasing pressure and enhancing mutual understanding through interesting competitions. The laughter and cheers in the games are the best proof of our team's tacit understanding.

Lucky Draw Session

The joyful lucky draw was full of pleasant surprises, and the generous prizes made the lucky winners beam with joy.

Part 3 Chat Around the Fire

As night fell, we sat around together, enjoying a sumptuous dinner and the comfort of tea brewing by the fire. Singing, mahjong, casual games... We let go of our fatigue and chatted freely about life and dreams in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

All JOINWE members raised their glasses and toasted to the beautiful vision of the new year. This annual party is more than just a team building event; it is a warm gathering of the JOINWE family. We tempered our wills during the mountain climb, gathered our strength through cooperation, and gained precious friendship in laughter. 

In the new year, we will carry this passion and tacit understanding, continue to scale new heights, pursue our dreams forward, and create more glories for JOINWE together!

2026 Chinese New Year Vacation Notice

As the Chinese New Year draws near, in accordance with the national statutory holiday arrangements and the actual operation of our company, we hereby notify the vacation schedule for the 2026 Chinese New Year as follows:

Vacation Period: From Feb.10, 2026 to Feb.24, 2026, totaling 15 days.
Official work will resume on Feb.25,2026.
